We are in the best wine cellars and restaurants in different European regions, there breathtaking
landsfcapes meet the old tradition and regional culture in food and wine.
We present the top winemakers with an international reputation, as well as the cooks in their places, whose appeal is sometimes in their having to be discovered yet status. We will not only experience the names of the wine and food, but very personally and concretely their vision: how tradition and innovation get along with success. We will meet whole big families in their stately homes and properties, castles, monasteries and Renaissance villas, who have been in the business for centuries.
They have always been there and embody the synthesis of land and culture ideally.

THE STORY: „Old“ families or new-comers have committed themselves to this heritage. For instance the heirs of the young fashion dynasty Salvatore Ferragamo, who made his career in the USA: his grandchild Salvatore jr. has made out of „Il Borro“ one of the leading wine cellars in the world and his son Massimo has made out of „Castiglion del Bosco“ a luxury resort with a new wine cellar producing the well-known Brunello di Montalcino.

These families belong to the most modern and successful ones of the 21. Century and are among the most innovative wine dynasties in the world. They let traditions be alive. THEIR MOTTO IS: TRADITION + INNOVATION.
